During the meeting of the Marshall City Council on Monday, May 7, City Administrator David Haugland said all of the I’s have been dotted and the T’s have been crossed and the city now owns the property formerly known as the Marshall Habilitation Center.

Later in the meeting, Ward 2 Councilman Kirk Arends put forth an idea of how the city might need to move forward to inform its citizens.

The piece of property spans 287 acres in the northeastern part of the city.
