The Slater City Council approved the purchase of a city sign and the designation of an admin officer for nuisance violations during its meeting on Tuesday, November 6.
City Administrator Gene Griffith gives some details about the city sign.
Griffith added a time frame for when the sign will be constructed has not been determined yet.
In other business, Griffith details who the council appointed to be the admin officer regarding nuisance violations.
Also during the meeting, Griffith said the sewer-lining project for the Ash Street Lift Station area is scheduled to begin the second week of December.
