SALINE COUNTY AUTHORITIES MAKE ARRESTS FOR OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

Saline County authorities have arrested several persons on outstanding warrants, including one outside the immediate KMMO listening area.

According to the Saline County Sheriff’s Department, on Saturday, January 4, a deputy conducted a traffic stop within the Marshall city limits. An NCIC search revealed multiple traffic-related warrants from the city of Marshall. Dominic Allen Woods, the 32-year-old driver, of Marshall, was arrested.

On Sunday, January 6, 32-year-old Kayla Ray Atherton, of Waverly, was arrested at her residence.

On the report of a suspicious person on 125th Road in Sweet Springs on Tuesday, January 7, 33-year-old Tyler Lee Koppi was arrested for a warrant out of Boone County. The release says normally Koppi, of Auxvasse, would be extradited to Boone County, but Saline County currently is holding inmates for Boone County.

And on Thursday, January 9, deputies conducted another traffic stop in Marshall, and a MULES/NCIC search revealed the driver to have two active warrants from the city of Marshall. Arrested was 34-year-old Christina Kaye Wiggins.
