A 52-year-old Branson man is facing a drug-related felony charge after a traffic stop in Lafayette County on Tuesday, January 14.
A probable-cause statement says a search of the vehicle revealed Vince Guzowski allegedly to be in possession of a 2.2-ounce baggie of methamphetamine and three different kinds of controlled pills.
Court documents say Guzowski has been charged with a Class D Felony for Possession of a Controlled Substance and a driving-related misdemeanor. Bond has been set at $10,000 cash or surety.
Guzowski pleaded not guilty during his arraignment hearing on January 15. His next hearing is scheduled to be held at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, January 22, at Lafayette County Circuit Court.
