A 22-year-old Fayette resident suffered serious injuries in a traffic crash on Monday, January 25, in Howard County.

A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as a westbound vehicle, driven by Christian Stanberry, traveled off the right side of the roadway and struck a ditch and a fence.

Stanberry was transported by Howard County E.M.S. to University Hospital in Columbia for treatment.

The crash happened at 12:05 a.m. on Highway 240 at County Road 436.
