Julia “Judy” Lay, age 84, of Fayette, died Wednesday, January 27, 2021, at The Neighborhoods by TigerPlace in Columbia.
A private family funeral service will be held at Boonesboro Christian Church. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.

Friemonth-Freese Funeral Home in Fayette is in charge of the arrangements.

Memorials are suggested to Fayette First Christian Church.

Survivors include: sons, Jim (Mary) Lay, of Boonesboro, and Bob (Jennifer) Lay, of Independence; four grandchildren; and sister, Ellen Whittingham, of Wilmette, Illinois.
