Judy K. Hazell, 73, of Marshall, died Tuesday, July 27, at Boone Hospital Center in Columbia.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 31, at Campbell-Lewis Chapel in Marshall with William W. Harlow officiating.  Burial will follow at Old Lamine Cemetery in rural Cooper County.  Visitation will be from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.  Memorials are suggested to Old Lamine Cemetery and an online guestbook is available at www.campbell-lewis.com

Born February 24, 1948 in Slater, she was the daughter of the late Charles Bryson and Martha Coleman Bryson.  Judy lived in Saline County most of her life and was married on November 17, 1967 to Robert Ray Hazell who preceded her in death on May 10, 2007.  Judy was a homemaker all of her life, raising her two boys, and was the caregiver for her son, Bobby, whom they had a very special friendship.

Judy is survived by her two boys, Charles M. “Chuck” Hazell of Marshall Junction and Bobby Hazell of the home; three grandchildren, Jaylee Rayanne Hazell, Jackson William Hazell and Addilynn Jo Hazell; two brothers, Howard Bryson of Marshall and Earl Bryson of the St. Louis area; as well as her beloved nieces, nephews and extended family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, two brothers, Wayne and Kenneth Bryson; and two sisters, Polly Norris and Dorothy Walker.
