Marshall Public Schools’ Superintendent Dr. Carol Maher reiterated that the fire at the high school last week was accidental.

Dr. Maher explained during the school board meeting on Monday, November 22.

Dr. Maher explained how the building was affected, but some areas can be used.

Dr. Maher said the district has gotten advice from the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).

Dr. Maher says, “If we have to do something beyond that, we will. But, we’re not even thinking about that right now.”
