A Concordia man sustained minor injuries in a two-vehicle traffic crash in Pettis County on Friday.
A report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol says the crash occurred as 77-year-old Donnie Hemme attempted to make a left turn, and his southbound vehicle reportedly traveled into the path of a northbound vehicle, driven by 19-year-old Richard Mallory, of Kentucky.
While Mallory reportedly was not injured, Hemme, who reportedly was not wearing a seat belt, refused medical treatment at the scene.
The crash happened at 8:50 a.m. on Highway 23 at Route E.
